Cape Cod Noir - 2020

2020 has been a challenging year. For me the challenge began on December 29, 2019 with the sudden death of a woman I loved. For all of us it has been a grim series of challenges and adjustments to realities that we had been able to ignore. Cape Cod is strong and vital, but it is no longer a fantasy escape. It is grounded in the same reality everyone faces. So it seems appropriate to render some of my favorite images from this past year in stark black and white. Maybe we can see more clearly.
