On Saturday, June 30, from 2-5 PM I will hold an art sale in my studio to benefit three Cape Cod Organizations addressing basic problems of health, hunger and homelessness.  I have  a history of raising money with my art for local and national causes.  In 2008 a framed 20x30 print of "June Twelve" raised $1700 for Falmouth Hospital.  In 2017, I was able to raise $950 for the Committee to Protect Journalists in response to Meryl Streep's plea at the Golden Globes.

During the June 30 sale, everything in the studio willl be available for purchase, from $4 note cards and $12.95 Cape Cod calendars to framed work for up to $1,000. One hundred percent  of the proceeds will go to three organizations serving the health, hunger and housing needs of the Cape: Bourne Friends Food Pantry, Community Health Centers of Cape Cod, and the Falmouth Service Center.  At the sale you will be able to specifiy which of these three you wish to benefit; otherwise the proceeds will be divided evenly among the three.

More information, including some of my thinking behind this benefit is given below.
